Why would I recommend this ad/page Facebook just gave me for some Mitsubishi dealership Ohio when I live in Texas and have absolutely NO interest in or need for any kind of auto whatsoever? You might want to talk to Facebook about adjusting the target audience for your ads as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me.

My car finally died and I was about to move so I went to Sunnyside Mitsubishi hoping to get a new one. I noticed they went from a 5 star rating to a 4.2 star rating and didn't know why. That's when I met the reason when I was directed to a man named Jakub... He showed me different cars and only told me vauge facts about them but just kept saying how itchy he is. Sales and management staff is friendly, personable, and no pressure - a most welcome opposite of what I expected from a Big dealership. They did their best to make everything expeditious and no-hassle. Huge shout out to Vic (salesman) and Jacob (sales manager) for making my car shopping experience - from test drive to signing the finance papers - pleasant and quick. I had expected to spend the whole day car shopping, but it was done by 12:30! Highly recommend!
I will always recommend this place!!! I bought a Mitsubishi from a Nissan dealer and it ended up being a total lemon! I have to get the engine replaced!! 😭 Brian (service manager) is an absolute God send!! This was not their problem or fault and he still went above and beyond to help me! Amazing customer service!!!!! I wish I bought through them! I hope Nissan is just as helpful and will work with me like Mitsubishi is.. If not, I know Mitsubishi has my back 100%!
I bought my mirage back in 2017 and it's been a great car but I think it's time to move up to something bigger for my family.
