the bunk beds that were advertised were non existent. couch was falling apart. springs were missing, it was caving in on itself. the other 'bed' was very hard and creaky. the air conditioner that was also advertised didn't work, and the fan provided did not work. it was a very hot, uncomfortable stay.
My husband and I stayed in #2. This is a standard room with a wood burning fireplace. We’ve stayed at Sunnyside Knolls in the past (prior to ownership change ) and have always enjoyed our visits. This room was very dated and way to small for a wood burning fireplace (very smoky). We’ve never had to pay a pet fee or firewood in the past. This time we did. The prior owners seemed to have pride of ownership and very accomendating. Our visit to Estes Park was very enjoyable.
My wife and I had a wonderful weekend relaxing here loved it just need a softer bed but cabin 15 was awsome
My fiancé and I just got back from our 2nd year of being at Sunnyside! The first year we stayed in cabin #16 and absolutely fell in love! It has a lot of room and a great hot tub and patio! If you ever get a chance, stay in #16! Unfortunately this year that unit was taken and so we decided to go with unit #5! I think this unit beat out the last. This unit is very intimate and perfect for a romantic get away! This resort is friendly, fun and welcoming! I would recommend it to anyone!
