Water leaks into bdrm through window when it rains & one tenants apt floods , mgmnt does nothing & homeless have access to entry door as they now use keypad code which makes this bldg very unsafe for all tenants, I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone!
Not here talking garbage, these apartments are awful, I put so many work orders in, nothing gotten fixed. Tub is small as can be, don’t have hot water. Still don’t have hot water. We always have piping issues. Leave the house at least four hours of pest control can spray and when I come back, I noticed that they don’t spray my place because I’m still having roaches manager walked in with the maintenance, stating that I will never have to put bug powder ever again. Uninhabitable complex as there's serious roach infestation! I feel that trash containers shouldn't be inside bldng but outside in fenced area!
