Nice place , very nice manager and maintenance guys
Horrible management will gaslight you and neg you before ghosting you all the while letting their rotating cast of receptionists take the brunt of the anger. Roach-infested, mouldy, 50-year old apartment is not worth $2200 a month. Abysmal.
Booked a viewing a week ahead. Showed up on time, and no one even bothered to be there. Called them and all they said was “let’s reschedule for tomorrow.” Absolute joke of a service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — completely unprofessional.
Been here for quite some time and honestly not my favourite experience. There’s been cockroach infestations time and time again these last couple of months with constant treatment like every other week. The property handlers are just really aggressive and incoherent, they don’t listen at all to what you say or ask even through email. And god forbid your account gets accidentally overcharged for rent because if it does just know it will take forever for them to respond or get your money back. I moved there less than two months ago and a parcel has been stolen from my doorstep, another tenant had the same problem and then another tenant got their storage room vandalised. All of this in less than a month. Avenue Living is doing nothing. I moved out in May, I discovered bedbugs in my bedroom. It seems like Avenue Living was aware of it and didn’t inform other tenants of the infestations. They informed us of Cockroaches (which I never seen any in my unit). Do not trust them.
