I’ve had a truly positive experience living with Avenue Living in Sunnyside! The apartment community is well maintained and a great place to call home. Patrick, the building manager, has been exceptional — always friendly, professional and incredibly responsive to any questions or needs, making the entire experience seamless. A special thank you as well to Mykola from maintenance for his promptness, reliability, and excellent work. Overall, a wonderful living experience and highly recommended! ☺️

Avenue Living has treated us very well in our rental period here. They responded to issues promptly and listened to all our concerns. Getting a good neighbour is a roll of the die, as with all apartments, but they did their best to accommodate. I wouldn’t hesitate to live here just based on google reviews.

So far, the experience living here has gotten so much better. No infestations and they actually responded quickly. The seem more hands as well especially if there are important matters to address. Honestly it has gotten a lot better and I really do appreciate living here. The area is beautiful too, so close to the river and to downtown. Easy access to literally everthing (groceries, gas stations, bakeries, cafes, fast foods and so much more) They really do respond a lot better with kindness which has made living here so much... read more
