They just built a new retaining wall and put a new rubber roof on an outside room for me and did an excellent job! Showed everyday, Rob and crew are very nice and polite, got everything (and a few extra things) done and stayed on budget! Would highly recommend.

Robert and his crew did great work installing a set of stairs onto our existing deck. We also had them replace the old wood boards with new matching Trex. They were easy to work with, transparent and fair with pricing and got the job done fast, even working through rain and mud. We highly recommend Sunnyside Construction and will definitely use them again on some other projects.

Started messaging on a Monday to see about a quote. Gave my information. On the next Thursday, at 9:24 left me two messages about coming out on Saturday. I couldn't respond due to being at work and not being allowed to have my phone. At 3:46pm they advised they will move on from me since I didn't answer in a timely fashion. Pot calling the kettle black. Might do good work, as they were recommended, but if you don't have your phone for any reason, they won't deal with you.

Robert did a really excellent job repairing damaged joists in my house. He was able to get me on his schedule quickly and was prompt, efficient, communicated well, and did quality work. He was flexible and was able to work in an additional repair for a problem that was discovered when completing the first one. I really appreciated his efforts.
