Highly neglectful clinic! Was acting on behalf of patient to organise appointment for them. Sunnyside acknowledged receipt of referral and advised they would be in contact to organise appointment. No contact was made or response received despite numerous phone calls. Spoke to office manager personally who assured me she would get back to me within 2 days. Everything that I experienced was beyond disappointing and pretty disgusting. From the receptionist that was borderline aggressive and very hard to understand on the phone. She sent texts that at first I was sure were scams, demanding money with the $ at end of the sum. No appointment times were offered, you were just told to be there when they told you. I was introduced to a professor of psychiatry Mr. Zubaran .He decided to take me on as a patient and started educating me on PTSD Which I was diagnosed in 1995 during my 9 years in the Adf.
