We bought a car through Sunnyside Automotive and Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union financed our loan. About a year later we went to trade in the car to upgrade and we were told the title for the car financed by this bank was a total loss and we would not get a dime for a trade-in. We didn't want to sell a total loss car to anyone so we ended up trading the car (to scrap it) for $0 during the purchase of another car and we had to chalk up about 5k.
such a great place. very professional but really laid back. this was my first car I ever got from a dealer and I'll be back for sure! Kent really knows his stuff! Great hookups for the loan and the insurance! yay🙌🙌🙌
I would Highly recommend these guys. we took our car there for repairs (after a horrible experience with Hertz) and they were extremely good to work with. they accurately diagnosed and resolved all of my issues (which were many - dont buy from Hertz) at a good price. I noticed a new scratch in the clear coat after it had been in their shop and they offered to fix it without even batting an eye - a breath of fresh air after dealing with Hertz' shenanigans. They have earned my future business for sure
