Wow what an improvement!!!!! – You have to drive by this property both during the daytime hours and at night to truely see the improvement. The staff in the office and outside for maintenance have been together 2 years now and have made a lot of changes. With 3 and 4 bedroom apartments for rent between $650 and $750 the price is right. The place is always clean and the staff is more inviting than any of the other apartments that I have looked at in Merced. They have made me a believer!
Perfect for the insane, the desperate, & the ILLEGALS – Let's see. 2 children have been murdered & 3 employees have quit in less than a year. You be the judge.
Not recommended bad apartments. – As a current resident I don't recommend them they have poor upkeep by owners, rent goes up yearly when they are supposed to be low income. In one year alone we had more than 3 different managers who some stold rent from people who were I think stupid for trustint them to fill their money orders.
