I recently applied for a unit at Sunnyside Apartments in Dover, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process was. Everyone I spoke with at the leasing office in Smyrna was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I also want to give a special thank you to Shallan, the property manager in Dover, who has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the process. I really appreciate how easy they’ve made everything, and I would absolutely recommend Sunnyside Apartments to anyone looking for a new place!
We had a great experience living at Sunnyside! Anytime we ever needed anything, management was helpful and responsive. I especially cannot say enough good things about Shallan. She was absolutely amazing to us, especially when we needed management’s support toward the end of our time there. She genuinely cared, took us seriously, and went above and beyond to help us. Amazing place to live. Ive lived here for a year now & have renewed my lease once again . I am extremely grateful for how amazing Sunnyside management has been. It’s been the best experience living here. Any time I go into the office I feel welcomed and heard, maintenance team is also amazing. I have ZERO complaints! 100% would recommend living here at Sunnyside Apartments.
Management needs to do better. One of the managers has been rude and unprofessional in the way she speaks to residents. From what I've observed, I'm not the only one who feels this way, as numerous residents have had similar concerns. I dont know how she still works here and is able to get away with that. No one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when calling or stepping into that office for anything, especially when you are paying thousands in rent. you have to do better Sunnyside. It wasnt like this before.
