Update: The dryer has been broken since MAY. It's now mid-August. No follow up. No communication. There's also a huge bird's nest in the dryer vent (fire hazard - we had three units catch fire for this very reason) and the hose behind the dryer wasn't cut to fit, so it's kinked all on itself. They lie frfr I walked in and was told they had nothing faster then I can ask what I was looking for. Lady in office allowed my wife an I to view and said they won’t have nothing available til June we asked when she said she didnt know just June. Boom! We call next day and spoke to another lady and she tells me they had plenty of 3bd rooms available as of RN. Oh really?? Yeah I won’t waste my time with them they play in your face mind u I did an application don’t they just wanted our money why not say that. Waste of time!
I live in the residential area right by their dumpsters. They have trash picked up 3 times a week at ungodly times of the morning anytime from 4ish to 6ish. It’s been at nightmare since I’ve moved in. I’m going to look into the noise ordinance in this town and make some complaints.
