Staff very friendly. Very Knowledgeable. I like how clean the property was. It is in a very convenient location. Close to everything.
The apartments here are great, well managed and well up kept. I have enjoyed these past years living in and around the Sunnyside area. It's quiet at night and conveniently located close to rt 1 and rt 6 allowing you to get wherever you may need to go.
Great neighborhood, great place to live. Maintenance is always responsive when needed, Management is always helpful, handles everything efficiently, the communication is excellent. They go above and beyond, I have no complaints.
Great customer service! The ladies in office are always so helpful and made this process for me so much easier… highly recommended!!
My fiancé and I are searching for a new place. We found this place on Google. Called first and was offered to come tour one of their model units. The office staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are still searching, but this has been one of the best complex we have visited. We will definitely recommend this place.
