I love it! The peace and quiet is priceless.
I lived in Sunnyside Apartments for many many years. I have no complaints at all. Shallon is THE BEST!! Any maintenance tickets I submitted were addressed in timely manner. They take care of the landscaping, snow removal etc. When I see the bad reviews I’m wondering if there is another Sunnyside Apartments somewhere else🤷🏽♀️. I absolutely recommend this apartment complex.
Staff very friendly. Very Knowledgeable. I like how clean the property was. It is in a very convenient location. Close to everything.
The apartments here are great, well managed and well up kept. I have enjoyed these past years living in and around the Sunnyside area. It's quiet at night and conveniently located close to rt 1 and rt 6 allowing you to get wherever you may need to go.
Great neighborhood, great place to live. Maintenance is always responsive when needed, Management is always helpful, handles everything efficiently, the communication is excellent. They go above and beyond, I have no complaints.
