I called and made a kind request to get a refund and the lady I spoke to started getting angry and hanged up on me! Not professional I let her know that my partner came in and got a haircut nd asked for 3 inches off and left him bald, devastating due to him going through interviews she demanded for him to come in I let her know we are busy and can send a picture and email, she hanged up on me and I asked to speak to her supervisor very kindly and she said he is not here! Went way too short and basically butchered my haircut will never come here again!!!!
Affordable, cute and friendly place. Might be a little bit of a language barrier sometimes unless you speak Vietnamese But other than that, it’s a great place and probably the best price around
