After all of the advertising we get from you we weren't prepared for the rude response from the woman when we called yesterday. We purchased a butterfly magnolia for $75 that doesn't appear to be doing well. It's not leafing out. When we bought it, we were told you gave a 1yr guarantee. You could work on your customer service skills. The drive for us is almost 1 hr.
