I moved in 6 months ago and have been nothing short of disappointed. When I first moved in my toilet didn’t work because it wasn’t properly attached to the floor due to a pipe not fitting correctly. My ceilings also have clear water damage, which I did not complain about at first because it didn’t really affect anything but since we’re airing out problems, that’s one of them, another one being the dishwasher barely works, even after being “fixed”. (Miracle Manor) Very quick maintenance service (2 requests taken care off well within 24 hours each). Units themselves are good quality for the price. Nothing that blows you away but nothing that turns you away. Spacious 1 bedrooms. Good location. As good as an apartment can be for dogs/cats.
