We selected this builder mainly because of their honest and clear communication during the consultation phase. They explained timelines, budgets, and possible delays without overpromising. The construction progressed steadily, and they kept us informed throughout. There were minor delays due to material availability, but expectations were managed well. The final house feels strong and well-built, and the finishing touches, including fixtures and paint, were handled neatly and with care.
Brandon Lara was a treat to work with while searching for our first house. He made the process feel much less like work and more like our personal journey.
