Ryan of Sunnybrook Tree Service called and apologized for forgetting to make his appointment and call me. He did come on out and reviewed the work that I need done on my trees. Because of his good ratings on other web sites, and his professional attitude, I decide to engage him to trim the trees and cable a few in the front yard. I called Sunnybrook Tree Service to come out and make a bid on trimming trees in both our front and back yard. Ryan said he would be at my house at 5:30 PM on July 15, 2019. He did not show up or call to advise me he was not coming. When I called him I had him repeat my address and phone number. He said he had my phone number saved in his phone. I would assume that he is not that reliable, based on not calling me or showing up for the appointment he made. DAVID COUCH
We were so impressed! This is such a professional company! Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to answer all my questions. He explained things well and did an excellent and thorough job (including cleanup). We HIGHLY recommend Sunnybrook Tree Service and will no doubt be using them again in the future.
As an ISA Certified Arborist (TX3493A), I can honestly say that there are few arborists that are as committed to quality and professional tree service as Ryan Banek of Sunnybrook Tree Sevice. Ryan studies trees, is passionate about trees, and loves East Texas. He is one of the few tree climbers around that will prune a tree without using climbing spikes. If you are looking for a tree expert, you can't go wrong by calling this company. Tyler is lucky to have them around.
Even though it was bad news for my old oak tree, the service was outstanding and informative. He took the time (Even though he knew that he wouldn't come all the way to Winnsboro to do the tree service) to explain the ups and downs of trying to save my old tree.
