I said I was suicidal and they made me make a coping strategy card and made me tell them what was bothering me for a few hours only for them to turn me away because they fixed me or something??? They were no help whatsoever.
My partner was referred by her doctor to see a pyschologist and after spending months on the waitlist she was sent home in under 45 minutes being told they could not help her. Her appt was to be from 9a-11a. We left the hospital at 935a as the pyschologist said they only handle certain anxieties and her anxiety wasn't one that could be helped. This office should do a better job of reviewing referrals and know from before hand if they can help the referred individuals. This was a complete waste of time and money. Dr. Renato w... read more
