Extremely disappointed with the experience at Sunnybrook ENT. Every time I call, I’m directed to voicemail — particularly when trying to reach Yvonne — making it incredibly difficult to get in touch. Despite years of waiting, no appointments have been made available, as the doctor is consistently not available or away.
