I was checked by Habba, student res, who didn't introduce herself, I heard her name while she was talking to someone, in the middle of my eye exam! So unprofessional! Every time her phone was getting a notification ring, she rushed to pick it up during the exam! I was so upset but couldn't do anything while she had me in the dentist chair like position! She was asking and not listening!
My husbands appt a month or so ago was awesome. He was very informative which made my husband feel very comfortable. Was nice to see a compassionate Dr who you knows cares about his patient.
