We came to the ER at 9 PM because my friend has severe eye pressure and pain. It’s now 12 AM and we’re still waiting. No doctor has seen her yet. This is honestly unacceptable service — she’s in serious discomfort and we’re getting no help.
I was at the ER yesterday and just got out now—after 18 hours. I was seen by the doctor after 10 hours, and had a CT scan after 16 hours. Oh goodness… I really hope the service improves. I'm a nurse myself, and this experience with the ER was very disappointing. I just wish the service were better.
Dr Arthur Zaltz of Sunnybrook gynaecology . Dr Zaltz is incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough. His bedside manner is truly one of a kind—he made me feel informed, reassured, and genuinely cared for at every stage . I was there to remove multiple fibroids and cyst . My entire experience was outstanding. I highly recommend him .
Staff here in D3 cardiology ward are always so worked up and agitated that they never wanting to help. They would leave a patient in their pee and patient would be lying near sliding off the bed to their death with nothing to eat and they never help the patient be in comfortable position in bed. The nurses are so phased out always on phone watching tiktok reels and take hours long of break that they don't mind seeing patients dead over recovering. May they all get their karma for treating patients with such inhumane behavior... read more
I have nothing but positive things to say about Sunnybrook. From the Spine Triage clinic, Dr.Reda, Dr.Catapano, the imaging team. They all were amazing and treated me like a person not just another "patient". I appreciate everything you have done for me!
