The past one and a half years have been a great experience. I just finished my treatment plan and am about to get my retainer. Dr. Sue Qian, Jordan and Selena are all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs orthodontic treatment.
My dentist referred me to Dr. Sue for an Invisalign retainer to use as a night guard. They did a full-mouth scan, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I went to this office specifically to purchase an Invisalign retainer for my lower teeth only (not a full set) and confirmed the brand multiple times before paying $230. I even pointed to their sample/model and asked directly whether it was Invisalign, and staff said yes. This should also be visible on the office security cameras. After waiting about two weeks, I was given a Clarity retainer instead. That is not the brand I was told I was purchasing. Outstanding Invisalign experience! Dr Sue is highly knowledgeable and created a fully customized treatment plan tailored to my best results. I feel confident and well cared for at every visit.
