The upstairs rooms for rent were in poor condition, smoke detectors constantly going off which is a serious safety hazard!!!!! No heating for winter season, The general restroom is not being properly maintained , when I brought some of these issues to management, I was told if you don’t like the place you can move !!!! Need a 0 star option, EXTREMELY fraudulent, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Moved me into a home with BLACK MOLD, didn’t even completely remove mold… tried to paint over an infested wall in the bathroom. Only sent unlicensed unprofessional workers for plumbing who were NOT licensed. My experience living in Apartment 15 was extremely disappointing. Throughout my time there, I dealt with persistent issues, including bugs and mold. Despite submitting multiple service requests, management took months to respond, leaving these problems unresolved for far too long. They did fix the bug issue just not the mold. Upon moving out, I was hit with an unexpected $800 charge, which was sent to a collection agency, in addition to my security deposit being withheld. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this Property Management Company. From the very beginning, my experience has been marred by unprofessionalism and rudeness. The staff manager displayed a lack of respect and courtesy, making every interaction unpleasant. Communication was a major issue; my calls and emails were often ignored, and when I did receive a response, it was curt and unhelpful.
