I called them in advance to let them know that I would be traveling from New Orleans to buy a sewing machine for my birthday over the weekend. And when I got there my machine was waiting for me. Everyone was so nice and very informative. They made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. I’m truly happy with my purchase. By the way, I bought the Thor 1541 and I love it!!
I recently bought a machine from them..they rock.!!they taught me all about using the machine and their customer service is top notch.Dali and AL have helped me so much and the prices are very nice on machines and service..!! I drove 10 hrs to pick up my machine and just walked in one day and left with a brand new Thor..Absolutely would recommend !!
Stephen Hallum had two machines that he thought might work for me. I sent him samples. He told me he would make videos of the machines sewing my samples. Following that I called twice, left messages, emailed and got only one repeated promise to make the video. A month later I got him on the phone and he had clearly forgotten his promise. I’ve heard from others that this is a good company but I’m giving up on them due to this individuals lack of customer care.
RecommendedSam spent lots of time messaging back and for forth helping me figure out which machine was best for me. I got it this weekend and I am so happy I chose Sunny Sewing machines, and would definitely purchase another machine from them and will be telling all my sewing friends too.
