***Update to my previous review*** Stephen went above and beyond to make things right and I am very grateful for his level of customer service. I received the part I need to be able to remove the speed reducer and couldn't be happier. After speaking with him that day, after that night I received an email from one of their sales reps, Dali, who told me (not ask, TOLD) that he was going to drive 19 hours from Dallas to my home in Virginia to pick up the machine and give me a refund. They are a great company that gets your product out in a timely manner. They answer emails quickly and can answer questions quickly. They have awesome prices considering their online competitors that they have to compete against. They also offer machines that others don't even sell. I've spent many hours looking at industrial sewing machines and Sunny Sewing Machines can easily compete with the best of them.

This place is incredible! I have bought numerous machines from Sunny Sewing Machines and the customer service has always been amazing. This is a family run business and they truly take care of their customers. Any time I have any questions they always provide great feedback.
