If you noticed that Sunny has a five star rating it is because he is the best agent you will ever work with! I have worked with several in my lifetime and Sunny is by far the best. He doesn’t give you false promises he is honest and has integrity something I value very much. Not only did he get us the very best price but the sale went through quickly! This was a distress property but he treated us as if he was selling a million dollar property. I would recommend Sunny to my family and friends he is that good!

Sunny is THE pro. Very knowledgeable in what he does. He helped us get a contractor to fix up some minor things in our home, helped us get a deal and was always there to answer our questions quickly. He sold our house quickly in a tough environment at basically full price. I recommend everyone reading this to pick Sunny as your realtor. He is there to help you.
