Sunny ways for prescriptions. Sunny Optical is located inside T&T Supermarket right at its entrance in Promenade Mall. We arrived shortly before store closing time and had a pleasant experience ordering the prescription glasses. The lady who helped us was easygoing, allow us to try many of the frames on our own before we decided on the right fit and appearance. May 23, 2026 First visit This morning, I visited Sunny Optical at Thornhill Promenade after my glasses accidentally fell to the ground, causing a screw to come loose and one lens to separate from the frame. Although I am not a regular customer, I urgently needed help to fix my glasses so I could see properly again. The two young ladies at the store were incredibly kind and helpful. One technician patiently searched for the right screw while I waited, and luckily, within about 8 minutes, she successfully repaired my glasses. ... read more

I had such a good experience here honestly. Joyce, Doris, Jo-Anne, and Marilou were all super nice and really made me feel comfortable the whole time. They were patient, helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Also, I noticed how clean everything was—after I tried on glasses, they made sure to sanitize them right away, which made me feel a lot better about trying on different pairs. Really happy with the service here. The eye exam was thorough. Dr. Lam was really knowledgeable, he's super professional and was also so easy to talk to. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The store was very clean, and have a lot of options for glasses. Definitely coming back for my next check up! Highly recommended!
