The staff are very kind and accommodating, making people feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Tim Lam is excellent in handling patients—professional and very friendly. Highly recommended.
I had such a good experience here honestly. Joyce, Doris, Jo-Anne, and Marilou were all super nice and really made me feel comfortable the whole time. They were patient, helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Also, I noticed how clean everything was—after I tried on glasses, they made sure to sanitize them right away, which made me feel a lot better about trying on different pairs. Really happy with the service here. The eye exam was thorough. Dr. Lam was really knowledgeable, he's super professional and was also so easy to talk to. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The store was very clean, and have a lot of options for glasses. Definitely coming back for my next check up! Highly recommended!
Don’t go there for eye exam. Very bad. 10 minutes. Didn’t listen my concerns on my vision.
