They do a horrible job...the price of my nails were 33$ but when I was about to pay it turned into 43$...if I had gotten a design or something ok cool but how do you just go up 10$...just for 2 nails to pop off the next day... Horrible service he didn't understand the shape I wanted my nails or how I wanted them..If I could rate them with no stars that's what this place would have got
The language barrier was expected. However, I told them that I wanted the sns nails and was given acrylics after my already long nails were cut down. Told her they were too long and bumpy, wS told they were fine. This is my 2nd time. First time was good...manicure only. This time, not so good and will most likely not return.
I've been searching for a good nail salon since I've moved to Texas about 8 months ago and I've been disappointed every place I tried. Frank did my nails. He took his time and didn't rush. He was attentive to what I asked for and my nails came out beautiful! I Highly recommend going to sunny nails if you're in the Killeen/Cove area! It's a very clean and nice establishment as well
"Crazy Paul" did my nails, simple pink sns nails. After managing to cut three of my fingers to the point of them bleeding, he then changed price at the register twice in 30 seconds. Increasing the price of course. Never saw him clean tools afterwards, but didn't stay around to check either. 12 hours later and fingers are still sore. He also spoke so proudly of his DWI, drunken escapades and lying to police antics while staring at the movie playing. Another employee even told him to stop watching TV.
