This is my favorite nail place in Duluth Minnesota. The owner and nail technician Andy is just delightful. Andy has a small establishment only him working normally. He always does a really good job he's always caring and sweet and gentle. The shop is good-sized located right downtown. He uses better products, he can speak very fluent English.
