I would give a zero if I could. My dad is a patient of Dr Bolla. He felt very unwell over the weekend and as the clinic was closed we took him to urgent care. Urgent care prescribed him medication but it was not helping so when the clinic opened, we called and asked for an appointment. The receptionist said that we can come before closing but may have to wait. We told her that my dad had extreme dizziness and was unable to walk. I had my blood work done at this location, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was repeatedly told that my blood sample had been sent to the lab and that my reports were pending. I waited for almost 20 days, and during that time I called several times to ask about the results. Every time, I was told to wait because the reports had not yet come back. Very disappointing experience at Sunny Meadow Medical Clinic & Walk-in. I visited this clinic for medical testing required for my school, and my experience was extremely stressful due to poor communication and lack of proper follow-up. I contacted the clinic multiple times regarding my blood test report and was repeatedly told they were waiting for the laboratory results. I trusted the information provided and continued waiting. I called the clinic and was told Dr Inderjeet would be available until 4:30pm, I arrived at 4:10pm and I was told we are closed by the same person who asked me to come before 4:30 Simply wasting time, He is only available for 1 hr a day and I have been going back and forth for two days now
