Lauren and her team were absolute rock stars. We were in a huge time crunch to find our dream home and she made it happen! We started off looking for rentals then quickly realized we wanted to buy and had less than 2 months to find a place, offer, have it accepted and close. We are now living in our dream home thanks to Lauren and her team at Sunny Lane!
We met Lauren in June and closed on our new home in August! Lauren was able to find us an amazing first home we did not think was available within our budget in the neighborhood we wanted to buy in (Travis Heights). Closing took less than 30-days and Lauren's constant availability to answer questions throughout the process was very helpful! Lauren helped us get what we believe is a great deal on the house.
Lauren has been a lifesaver for us. She was our realtor for a townhouse that we purchased in Austin in 2021. We are now using it as a rental property and she has gone above and beyond in helping us manage and coordinate repairs and upgrades.
