If I was you as new tentant I would not buy or rent from here either their subsidies or anything they owe the Sunny lakes apartment as nasty 🤢 management and they smile in your face but they just want your money my advice find somewhere else the rumors you heard about termites it’s true believe it I live here for 19 years too long and you think management cares about you ? If I could do zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Short review - We paid nearly $5,000 just to get the hell out of here. Long Review- Unless you enjoy living in a terrible area surrounded by drugs and homelessness don't move here or Lauderhill. To be fair, Darrell and Vanessa were nice to us during our stay and are trying their best. But, this place is a nightmare. We had a 2 bed 2 bath. Upon moving in, our washer did not work for 8 weeks, we had to use a laundromat for months after failed several failed maint... read more
Don’t make an appointment with these people and expect to be attended to at that appointed time, its first come first serve. I guess the word appointment doesn’t mean what it should mean.
