I had one property that couldn’t decide to sell or rent it out. Sunny set with me and went over all the options decided to rent it out for year. She found tenants right away and everything is working out great. She made it very easy being a landlord lol.
We previously lived in one of their properties and had a great experience—until move-out. We had to wait the full 30 days for our security deposit and only got updates after repeatedly calling and texting. The excuse? The owner went to Korea for a planned 3-month trip but returned early because “work wasn’t going well.” If he had stayed, would we not have received our deposit at all?
