Strong armed $4k out of us. Signed a contract for a roof. Made it very clear it was a complete tear off. Crew showed up, busted a hole to “start roofing” and claimed they didn’t know it was a tear off. Demanded $4k more after busting the roof. What were we supposed to do? We had a gaping hole. Avoid at all costs.
