Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Do not recommend in any way shape or form.
This is the worst run and most unprofessional organization we have ever dealt with as a business. Our property manager is Diana Matthews and there are no words to describe how unprofessional and literally unhinged this woman’s behavior is on a regular basis. Very unprofessional and inexperienced company. I recently had to deal with Jackson to view a unit. I found him very unorganized, dishonest and rookie. First of all they lied about their available units. Second of all, to see the unit Jackson made me wait one week and keeping everything secretive. He would refuse to give me any info until the day of the viewing. He kept giving me unspecified date and time for a WEEK just for SELF TOUR!!!!! This is a bottom of the barrel Company. AVOID THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! The representative that takes calls is a straight rude and un-experienced person named Jackson! I promise you one thing! This company and every property that this company manages, looses money on daily bases because of this Jackson guy! He has no idea about customer service and doesn't know anything about this business and talking to people!
