Would Leave zero stars if I could, building has plumbing issues. Has a terrible smell literally worse then DTLA, building is dirty inside and out and they have like one tec come out every month. As a property management company they should really manage buildings correctly.

This is the worst run and most unprofessional organization we have ever dealt with as a business. Our property manager is Diana Matthews and there are no words to describe how unprofessional and literally unhinged this woman’s behavior is on a regular basis. Very unprofessional and inexperienced company. I recently had to deal with Jackson to view a unit. I found him very unorganized, dishonest and rookie. First of all they lied about their available units. Second of all, to see the unit Jackson made me wait one week and keeping everything secretive. He would refuse to give me any info until the day of the viewing. He kept giving me unspecified date and time for a WEEK just for SELF TOUR!!!!!
