We hired Sunny Hair and Makeup Artistry for my October 7th wedding and it was by far one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding planning process! I unfortunately should have listened to my gut when booking with Sunny. The communication was not good. I went from paying in full, all the way to my wedding day without talking on the phone once. We had back and fourth emails, which seemed fine… until they showed up 3 hours late. There was no apologies for this mistake. It caused a lot of unneeded stress for me and pressure for the HMU artist to rush through 5 people. After the whole process was done there was zero follow up and still no apology for being late. The worst possible experience ! After booking Sunny Hair and Makeup for my sister in laws wedding months in advance along with paying for all services prior, they were a NO SHOW on the wedding day !!! On top of that we could not reach the owner or the team all morning !! We called over 50 times , messaged through social media outlets and no response . Sunny and her team did a fantastic job for my wedding on October 15, 2022. They did my bridal hair and makeup plus the hair and makeup for five of my bridesmaids. Everything went so smoothly and everyone was so happy with everything. Everyone looked natural, but at the same time completely enhanced and just flawless and gorgeous.
