I recently moved to the area and Sunny Grove maintains our community. Juanito was very helpful explaining how to navigate the website and scheduling work orders. It’s a new property so there are some turf and mulch concerns. He showed up promptly and is addressing our concerns, even brought some bags of mulch for me. Thank you Juanito
I live in the Terreno community in Naples Florida. I am very impressed with the responsiveness I received from Juanito Gaspar to a question I had regarding the mowing around our pond. Not only did he reply to me within minutes, he was able to help me to my satisfaction.
Jose Avella has demonstrated “best in class” customer service to me on several occasions. He is responsive and respectful to the customer. I have called more than once and the response is phenomenal. Sprinkler issue handled and explained what to look for and upon replacing a small shrub he was kind enough to forward a picture of the completed task. He leads with character and I have observed his respect to both his internal and external customers. Great employee to have on your team!! Rob M

Juanito Gaspar is awesome! He has been very attentive and responsive in getting a dead palm tree replaced and a palm tree that was leaning as a result of Ian restraightened!

Worst landscape company. Extremely lazy. Won't clean up landscape debris for Hurricane. Does a Shit Job !!!!
