Dr Morshedi provided a great service, went above & beyond for assessment, mouth hygiene advice, and fixing the teeth
I have private dental insurance in addition to ODSP. They said they took my health card info but I was suspicious. I provided them with the information for both for my first appointment. They claimed they charged it and there was still some co-pay left. I thought that was strange but just paid it anyway. 6 months later I go back, and they say the insurance claim was denied, saying I'm only authorized for every 12 months. Such a great experience at Yorkview Dental Clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Morshedi takes the time to explain things clearly, answers questions thoughtfully, and focuses on prevention rather than jumping straight to procedures. I really appreciate his emphasis on good habits and keeping your teeth healthy long-term. Highly recommend!
If you have good dental coverage, run. If Dr. Sanaz Valadi says you have a lot of cavities, please get a second opinion. If she does fillings, please get it reassessed by another dentist if somethingnfeels not right in your gut, and don't put this off. I am regretting seeing her for 2 years as damage done to my perfectly healthy teeth can not be reversed now and will take lots of money to be fixed, unfortunately. I feel sad about this actually.
