Requested they remove my benefits details multiple times and they never fulfilled this request. When I complained about them continuing to charge my benefits provider they asked me to remind the receptionist before each appointment, to not charge my insurance. I had the last straw when I logged onto my benefits portal today and found TEN insurance claims processed between November 23-December 2nd, totaling to $639.00. My last visit was in September, 2025. Unfortunately, looks like Dr. Valadi no longer works here. I have been a patient of this clinic for the past couple of years. I had pleasant experiences with Dr. Valadi and developed a strong trust in her diagnoses and work. Unfortunately, it seems that Dr. Valadi is no longer with this clinic
This is honestly my favourite dentist for both myself and the kids. I'm so glad I can come back here after getting insurance again. The receptionists and dentists are extremely kind, helpful, accommodating. I love that they refuse to do unnecessary fillings and extractions just to make more money. Highly recommend.
