I had a hard time when I first started therapy and have since realized it was because I had the wrong therapist! Ari understands how to keep the perfect balance of being kind and holding me accountable. She always listens and took time to really understand my communication style and has taught me a few techniques that have become part of my daily life. I cannot recommend Ari more!!!
