UPDATE - May 2025 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 4+ years of living here, and truly getting to know the maintenance staff, the landlord, and having friendlier neighbors I must say this place has really become a bit of a home. I don't normally expect this experience from apartments, and I won't pretend it's always perfect here, but I also cannot deny how supporting and kind Jillian Drake, Ruben, and Tony are. The neighbors right next to the apt complex play backyard concerts. Really loud concerts. It is very noisy to live here. Causes me to lose my sanity. The backyard concerts are literally like music concerts where they have professional speakers and amplification equipment and sing into a mic and play the drums and guitar and mariachi. It's so loud I want to cry. No matter what they will keep playing. It's crazy how the other neighbors don't report it to the police or anything, it's like they are fine with the noise
We stayed here for a year and had lots of good memories I really loved this place and we left because we are moving out of CA.Leasing lady she is very good whenever we had any issues she always used to responds ASAP overall maintenance everything is good . Lastly, I want to say I am giving an honest review nobody has forced me. If destiny brings us CA I will surely rent again at SOJO apartments
Great apartment complex, I lived here for 2 and a half years and had a great time. The apartment manager is nice and replies to emails quickly. The handy man Ruben is also really nice and helpful. I had some leaking issues in my kitchen and they fixed it pretty quickly.
Very quite place. Good for stay. Market place is close by
