One star for maintenance and one star for the office. When I moved in the apartments were "being renovated". Almost two years in and my cabinets still look like something from the 1980's. The lady who approves renovations denied my request because she says the cabinets are "functional". I'M BEING CHARGED FOR A RENOVATED APARTMENT THAT HASN'T BEEN RENOVATED!!
