We had a power outage at Sunnidale Place from Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 6:30pm, till March 30, 2025 at 7:00pm. Tammy, Shawn and Candice, made sure everyone was ok, elevators were working, the common room, had hot drinks, stove & microwave to heat or cook food, a place to charge your phone, watch a bit of tv, and just socialize with your neighbours, garage door could open to if you wanted to go out. The Sunnidale Place staff are outstanding! They’ve always gone above and beyond with how they look after the building, but it took the ice storm/power outage to really see how much their service is exemplary. I sincerely hope they get a few extra days off once the power is back on. I am very glad that I moved here!
Very clean well cared for building. Management very friendly and welcoming. Love my 2 bedroom apt. and beautiful views. Glad its a pet friendly building - love to see the dogs and owners outside. Make good use of library! Enjoy the extras that are put on for us eg: end of summer bbq.
I'm visiting family
Nice, older apartment building with friendly residents. BEAUTIFUL views from the back of the building. Large, clean, bright laundry room on the ground floor with a clean washroom. Social room with daily activities. Welcoming lobby. Extremely close to MANY amenities - restaurants, malls, stores, groceries, gas, highway, etc.
