I think my favorite part about working with sunni, besides that she is a great person and easy to talk to, was that she is an almost perfect listener. We met for coffee and since I knew what I wanted, it took about 15 minutes. Then, we went out and looked at 5 houses and picked the perfect one. It took about 90 minutes! Which is good because I have a young family and too much work. You should send her a text with what YOU want and see if she has time to help you

I had worked with Sunni on a previous rental hunt. That was such a positive experience: she blew me away with her work ethic. As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else to kick off my South Austin home search. Sunni lined up multiple homes and nudged me to look at a pre-war Bungalow that I might have overlooked based on photos. It was love at first sight.
