The doctor at Sunmed Clinic are excellent and professional, and most of the staff are kind and efficient — except for one front desk receptionist, a filipina with long hair who appears to be in her 30s and whom I’ve only recently seen at the clinic. "The most disorganized walk-in clinic. My wife was in a car accident with her child in October 2024. She went for an X-ray back in October, and they lost the results. They didn't call me back right away, as most doctors should and would, to come in for an appointment. When I called them, they claimed they couldn't even find the results. The reception staff and doctors are disorganized and dishonest. Dr.Drakhshan - Absolute worst experience at a walk-in clinic in my entire life. I went to the clinic because I have had allergies to sunscreen my entire life. I have tried pretty much every sunscreen available at Shoppers DrugMart to no success. Every time I wear sunscreen, I would get a severe rash all over my body. I went to the clinic to ask for a referral for a dermatologist or if there are any hypo-allergenic sunscreen options I could try. The clinic treated me from h-pylori , which is a painful and unpleasant experience to have. Doctor was really nice and professional who made me do the tests really quick to make sure it was what she thought could be based on my symptoms . And yes , that was hpylori . Quick call back , prescription, other test after meds … and 10 years of suffering was gone within 1-2 months . I went there several times for all my issues and I was always welcomed there . All my issues were gone (and trust me I had a lot of them) .
