The clinic treated me from h-pylori , which is a painful and unpleasant experience to have. Doctor was really nice and professional who made me do the tests really quick to make sure it was what she thought could be based on my symptoms . And yes , that was hpylori . Quick call back , prescription, other test after meds … and 10 years of suffering was gone within 1-2 months . I went there several times for all my issues and I was always welcomed there . All my issues were gone (and trust me I had a lot of them) .
I have similar situation at MCI medical clinic, Steeles and Bathurst. Dr mahrous is my family doctor but I don't get chance to ask more questions cause she's ready to move on to next patient. She does what she does best, refers me to other medical facilities for tests etc. She never advised once to do tests like mammogram every year, instead of every 2 years, especially since I am a senior. it is nice at fast clinic but i dont think the doctor is not hearing anyone out regarding their concern. we’re just new patient. she just assume that the patient’s problem is “just a problem” then gives prescription and proceeds to the next patient. there’s no genuineness and concern at all. she just assume the patient problem is on just surface level and not understanding the patient at all.
Dr. Drakhshan is very expert and friendly , I strongly recommend her.
