Recently ordered a new heat pump and filter pump for my pool. The sales team and installation crew were really great and friendly. Our filter pump did suffer an issue very early on, but upon escalation to support, the team responded rapidly to resolve the problem and ensure we were satisfied with the outcome.
Whilst my heat pump operates well (for now), I suggest that you avoid Sunlover Filter Pumps. Our first pump broke-down in 36 hours. Sunlover took a week to come back and replace it. The new one broke-down in 7 days. If you want reliable pool equipment, trust someone else. The installation crew were great, but the schedulling team offer no priority to failed installs.
