We’ve been having ongoing issues with our pool and suspected there may be a fault with the heat pump. A technician came out to inspect the system while we were out and we later received confirmation that everything had been checked with no faults identified. After we raised a concerns with customer service, they organised for the technician to return while he was still in the area.
