Purchased a pool blanket through the Pool& Spa Warehouse. The blanket was sheets glued together and the y came apart with two weeks of use. They replaced the blanket with no questions asked but I asked them to take the faulty cover away with they delivered the new one. And they ignored my request and delivered the new one without taking the faulty one back. I complained to Pool & Spa Warehouse and they also ignored me. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Chris of Sunline for our pool tiling and inground blanket box. The quality of the product (we selected the Bianco glass mosaics) and installation is excellent, reasonably priced but what was most impressive was once he committed to a date, he could be relied upon to follow through. We are renovating and building at the moment, and believe me, this is extremely rare in this day and age. Would highly recommend.
I had an issue with a pool cover roller. Sunline were aware of the issue and posted out replacement redesigned parts within 24 hours free of charge. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. Very happy I bought this roller and would recommend to anyone.
