They charge you for wear and tear of the apartments. This is supposed to be for low income so why can't they keep managers that are not stealing. I am having them investigated. They charge their tenants and don't give an itemized bill and they harass they and give eviction notices. That's what I call pitiful business when it comes to our poor people.
