I have no stars for this place I arrived less then a month ago with my four babies the refrigerator went out it took them a month to replace so I had to stay elsewhere they have no compassion for the tenants they never have any answers for your concerns but they can tell you all the options on how to pay your rent it's ridiculous and unprofessional
They charge you for wear and tear of the apartments. This is supposed to be for low income so why can't they keep managers that are not stealing. I am having them investigated. They charge their tenants and don't give an itemized bill and they harass they and give eviction notices. That's what I call pitiful business when it comes to our poor people. Please people if you are getting harassed with these people report them. The manager here don't answer her phone and doesn't half the time in the office. Someone needs to invest... read more
