Incompetent front desk staff, their management which are worst. Left on hold while they went to lunch. All calls get placed on hold and never pick line up. Holding for hours. Staff and management proactively avoid helping.
Dr. Lenz is great 👍. He is very knowledgeable. Takes him time explaining what needs to happen. He now has staff that know how to treat patients. Now has a online portal to schedule appointments, see results and sends reminders. It's awsome Dr. LENZ. Thank you Dr. Lenz and nurse Rebecca 😘 ❤️
La peor clínica. Tienen todo distorsionado nunca e estado en una clínica tan incompetente. Tratan horrible a la gente no les importa lo que tengas que lidiar solo te dicen que no y ya .
Horrible staff. Drs are great but receptionist always have an issue not answering the phone to be able to book an appointment. Wait times are overly high as well.
Dr. Lenz is great 👍 the staff sucks. Been calling for 3 weeks to make an appointment for follow up on. Labs. No one answered the phone. Came in as a walk in because I was unable to make appointment. Came in at 9am still waiting at 1230pm. Ridiculous. Love you doctor Lenz. Your wait time and staff sucks.
