We had the service for about 6 months, not really much communication, but we just did the resurfacing of our pool and for the first month (startup) we have to do everything, Sunlife was rude letting us know that they will not be responsible if anything happened to the pool, which we said we were not thinking about holding them responsible as they are not the ones that did the resurfacing, we just asked that for the first month not to put any chemicals on the pool and just to brush it and clean the filter, they didn’t like th... read more
