This place is a complete rip off, they conduct unethical business practices. I had to report them to my insurance company for trying to price gauge my family member and the insurance company. Go elsewhere.

This is my second appointment to see this Dr. My first visit I waited close to two hours to see her even though there were NO patients in front of me. When I asked when I could see the Dr I was told they were having computer problems. The Dr came out to talk to tne person working on the computers three times so I know she wasn’t busy. It doesn’t take that much effort to walk the few steps back to tell the Dr she has a patient. Terrible customer service, went there twice for an appointment and no one was there. The first time I showed up and no one was there, they said it wasn’t true. Next time I showed up for an appointment the doors were locked again and there was no one there. Later that day I got a voicemail saying she had an emergency and had to leave the office. Don’t waste your time booking appointments with Dr. Elizabeth Fernandez, terrible service.

I came for my first check up and everybody was super attentive and amazing with me. I recommend this place 100%, it was also super quick to see the doctor.
