After having Cari and Sunland Realty as our landlords, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!! Cari is nearly impossible to get ahold of, and she never gets things done when you as the renter need them to be. The only person in the office at all worthwhile is Danielle. Ontop of their lack of assistance with house issues, they nickle and dime you to get your deposit back.
Cari is the best! – Cari helped us sell our existing home and buy a new home. On the sale of the old home she worked very hard to keep us up to date and explained any questions we had. After we got an offer to buy we had to have a radon test done which involved a little machine in the house that needed to run for 3 days to track the levels of radon. BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!!! 8YR CUSTOMER! VERY NEGLECTFUL PROPERTY MANAGERS!!! – BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!!! I RENTED PROPERTY FOR 8YRS PAYING $79,900.00. THIS COMPANY WAS ASKED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO FIX WATER DAMAGE(CAUSING MOLD), WINDOW FRAMINGS ( CAUSING INCREASED UTILITIES), AND ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS (CAUSING POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARDS). THE REPAIRS THAT WERE ATTEMPTED TO BE FIXED WERE SUBSTANDARD AND CREATED WORK FOR FAMILY BUSINESS. AVOID – Sunland Realty never followed through with their contract. They agreed to clean the carpet yearly and fix damages, over a year went by on our lease and none of these things got done. We were told they would eventually, but it never happened. Cari Barlow returned phone calls weeks late and when she did she was very rude and not helpful. In the end she kept our deposit to fix damages that were her responsibility in the begining. I would NOT recommend this realty company to anyone!!!
