I THINK SUNLAND FORD IS A EMBARESSMENT TO HENRY FORD. MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT CARS FROM THIS PLACE THE SAME WEEKEND. WE RECENTLY HAD TO BRING MY WIFE'S CAR IN BECAUSE OF ALL KIND OF CODES. THEY FIXED THE CAR , BUT WHEN I ASK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GAS BECAUSE WHEN THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO SUNLAND FORD THE TANK WAS FULL AND WHEN WE RECEIVED THE CAR BACK A QUARTER OF THE TANK WAS GONE. As soon as I read this review I immediately got together with my Service Manager. He said that he had been attempting to reach this customer, however it appears that a wrong number was given (incorrect area code given with correct number I believe it was). Once this realized, Alex made contact with Mr. H***** and discussed the problem. Alex invited Mr. H***** back to the Service Drive and advised him that he would give him 5 gallons of gas. THIS IS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE! THEY CHARGED ME 7300.00 FOR REPAIRS AND I HAD TO TAKE IT TO AN HONEST DEALER IN OREGON TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THE OTHER DEALER CHARGED ME FOR AND TO PUT PARTS BACK ON THAT THEY FORGOT TO INSTALL! THEY CHARGED MY FOR PARTS THE TRUCK DIDN'T DEED AND DIDN'T REPLACE ANYWAY! THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE DIP STICK TUBE AND ASSEMBLY BACK ON THE TRANSMISSION AND CONTAMINATED THE TRANSMISSION!
