I loved my salesman! Hector treated me like family. He did not act like I was wasting his time when I walked away the first day. He made sure to answer every call and every question completely and made himself available anytime I needed him. He made me want to come back. I appreciate the experience 🫶💗
Love my car, but very disappointed that they didn't detail it. I received the car and the watermarks are so deeply in the paint. 🥺 Now I have to find a detailer and I got the car in the 13th of this month. Update detailed it myself 😁😁
Not real happy. I had a 130 appointment for a simple oil change. No tire rotation or air cleaner change. Just a drain and refill basically. When I arrived I was told it will be an hour and a half wait. Well they did exactly that. One hour 45 min with an appointment. I can’t even try to make this int a positive experience. If I didn’t purchase the service contract I’d be doing the service myself.
In August 2024, I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer ST from Sunland Ford. Wes went above and beyond to locate the vehicle, Sharon made the purchase smooth and professional, and Shane and Anthony also played key roles in helping us through the process. For the sales team, I would give Sunland 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service department experience was the opposite. I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership at Sunland Ford ..They are just honest and no pressure and really go far and beyond to help their customers as they did with me .i have been to several different dealerships over the years and this particular one stands out as the best overalll ..I purchased a 2025 ford truck here and was very happy with this place .Highly recommend for anyone to check them out and stop in ..thank you Sunland 😊
