I special ordered a F-450 which took exactly 6 months. The whole process was smooth and delivery was quick and straightforward. The deal we worked out went exactly as planned, no surprises. Shout out to my salesman Kendall, and the finance team. Got everything wrapped up quickly and efficiently. Dare I say it was a fun overall experience.

This is probably one of the worst dealerships I have been to. I live 2.5 hours away and found a truck online that I was really interested in. I called to make sure it was still available, made an appointment, and asked a few questions. They didn't have the answers to the questions I asked, but said they would have them for me when I got there. The sales lady that I met upon arrival was assigned to help me. Bought a 2026 mustang gt brand new, within 200 miles check engine light is on. I bring it back and I'm told its going to take up to a week just for the diagnosis. When purchasing the car the finance director added 6000$ worth of optional add ons I didnt request and it has been a hassle to get them to remove them before my first payment. I would suggest not to buy here people here are rude, lazy, impatient, and hate answering simple questions.
