Sunland Ford made the dreaded vehicle recall process painless and smooth. I didn't want to miss work so I utilized the pickup/drop off service which was super convenient and amazing! Customer service was exceptional -friendly, communicative staff! I didn't purchase my vehicle here, but will definitely be returning for all service needs!

Took my 2015 Fusion in for factory recall stuff. Brake line and door latch upgrades.When I picked up my car the airbag light was on and it looked like they tried washing it but there was some sort of residue all over it. When I pointed out these two items I was told that the car came in that way. It didn’t. I came into the Sunland Ford dealership today for a simple oil change, and unfortunately the service wasn’t as great as I had hoped. It started off promising with multiple employees approaching my vehicle to ask if I had been helped, which I appreciated. However, the person who ended up assisting me felt rushed, almost like they were trying to move on to their next appointment.
